Working From Home Experience

In April 2020, Six Ideas by Dexus (now Six Ideas) undertook a comprehensive research study to assess the nature of the WFH experience at both staff and organisational levels, and the impact that might have on future ways of working.

The study was founded on three surveys. In total, over 7,500 staff and 150 executives from across Australia and New Zealand participated in surveys. these surveys. In addition, workshops were conducted to review the survey results with a number of the participant organisations . As a result, the quantum of data positions this study as one of the most comprehensive of its type in Australia.

This report documents the survey outcomes and the conclusions that have been drawn from these by the Six Ideas team. It also proposes hypotheses for the future of work and workplace arising from the COVID 19 experience and the challenges and opportunities these pose for organisations and their people..
